Tool for testing connectivity to LH/LX/EW/OS/SN/AZ-Hosts
Run with option “-a=LH” to test LH Hosts (or EW, LX etc)
Only productive hosts are tested by default
Run with option "-extended" to include TST, SKL etc.
Run “networktester -h” for help
Run without options to get a GUI
